How the Challenge Works

When participants join the challenge, they’ll be welcomed into a private Facebook group where all coaching, content, and community support take place. Each week, the PT Movement team will host a live session inside the group, covering that week’s focus on nutrition, movement, and realistic lifestyle strategies. For anyone unable to attend live, a PDF summary of the session will be uploaded so participants can review the information at their convenience. Participants will also receive a 15-minute guided movement video each week, designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support consistency — all from home, with no complicated equipment or long workouts required. Inside the private group, participants can ask questions, connect with others in the community, and share progress along the way. The goal is to create a supportive, encouraging environment where participants feel guided, accountable, and supported throughout the 28 days.

About the Creator

Aimée is a nutrition and fitness coach who is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and unstoppable in their health journey. Through simple, practical guidance on movement, nutrition, and daily habits, she makes positive change feel achievable, and even exciting!  In the 28 Day Challenge, Aimée brings the energy, encouragement, and motivation you need to build momentum, celebrate progress, and step into a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
